Ca: " El cambrer va entendre la petició de Jordi i els va portar cap a una taula al pati.

Ca: Marta estava emocionada per provar diferents plats catalans, però quan el cambrer va portar el menjar, es va adonar que havia entès mal la petició de Jordi.

Ca: En comptes de les tapes que havien demanat, tenien davant d'ells un plat de cargols que ni Marta ni Jordi havien tastat mai abans.

Ca: " va cridar Marta, però abans que pogués dir més res, Jordi va agafar un cargol i se'l va posar a la boca.
En: Marta shouted, but before she could say anything else, Jordi took a screw and put it in his mouth.

Ca: "Oh, això és deliciós!
En: "Oh, that's delicious!"

Ca: " va dir Jordi, mentre que Marta encarava la boca amb sorpresa.

Ca: Va agafar un cargol ella també i el va menjar.
En: She took a snail too and ate it.

Ca: Era estrany, però tenia bon gust.

Ca: A mesura que menjaven, Jordi va intentar recordar la paraula correcta per a tapes en català, però no ho va poder fer.

Ca: Van decidir que haurien de practicar més català junts.
