Paella Night in El Grau

Story Transcript:
Ca: El sol mediterrani començava a posar-se quan arribaven a València la Laia i el Pau, dos germans andorrans.
En: The Mediterranean sun was beginning to set as Laia and Pau, two Andorran siblings, arrived in Valencia.

Ca: Entusiasmats de viure la seva primera aventura junts, tenien un objectiu en ment: trobar el millor lloc per menjar paella al Grau.
En: Excited to have their first adventure together, they had one goal in mind: to find the best place to eat Paella in El Grau.

Ca: Mentre avançaven pels carrers estrets del Grau, van notar les vibrants tonalitats taronges i vermelles del cel del vespre.
En: As they made their way through the narrow streets of El Grau, they noticed the vibrant orange and red hues of the evening sky.

Ca: Malgrat les vistes encantadores, la Laia i el Pau es van discutir per quin restaurant escollir.

Ca: “El lloc del qual sempre parlava la mare”, va dir la Laia.
En: “The place that mom always talked about,” Laia said.

Ca: Pau va negar amb el cap.

Ca: ” Els germans van anar i tornar en una discussió acalorada fins que finalment es van trobar amb un restaurant amb una decoració encantadora.

The siblings went back and forth in a heated argument until they eventually stumbled upon a charmingly decorated restaurant.

En: “This looks like a good spot!

Ca: ” va dir la Laia.
En: ” Laia said.

Ca: El restaurant estava ple i la paella semblava deliciosa.
En: The restaurant was bustling and the Paella looked delicious.

Ca: La Laia i el Pau es van instal·lar ràpidament i van demanar el plat de paella.
En: Laia and Pau quickly settled in and ordered the Paella dish.

Ca: Mentre esperaven el dinar, la Laia i el Pau van començar a rememorar la seva infantesa a les Escaldes.

Ca: Van recordar les postes de sol impressionants i l’olor de lavanda silvestre a l’aire.

Ca: ” va declarar la Laia.

Ca: Mentre gaudien del seu àpat, la Laia i el Pau van decidir fer de la nit de paella una delícia habitual a casa seva.
En: As they enjoyed their meal, Laia and Pau decided to make Paella night a regular treat back home.

Ca: Tots dos van coincidir que el menjar adequat pot reunir la família i els amics siguin on siguin.
