In this episode, we'll journey with Rhys, Carys, and Elin as they embrace nature's mysteries and the delicate dance between discipline and discovery in Snowdonia National Park.
Cy: Mae'r gwynt yn chwythu drwy'r coed yn Barc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
En: The wind is blowing through the trees in Snowdonia National Park.
Cy: Mae'r dail yn dawnsio, yn lliwiau aur a chopr, wrth syrthio o'r coed tal i lawr i'r llawr.
En: The leaves dance in shades of gold and copper as they fall from the tall trees down to the ground.
Cy: Mae Rhys, Carys, ac Elin yn agosáu at yr ysgol yn llawn cyffro, yn barod am y diwrnod arbennig o fforio.
En: Rhys, Carys, and Elin approach the school eagerly, ready for the special day of exploring.
Cy: Mae Rhys yn edrych o gwmpas yn bryderus.
En: Rhys looks around nervously.
Cy: Mae ganddo awch i weld yr aderyn prin, sef y barcud coch.
En: He is eager to spot the rare bird, the red kite.
Cy: Mae ganddo bincwyn bach gyda braslun byw o'r aderyn, ei lawysgrif ddiarhebol.
En: He has a small notebook with a vivid sketch of the bird, his cherished hand-drawn guide.
Cy: Ond mae'r athro yn dweud, "Mae pawb yn ffonio gyda'i gilydd.
En: But the teacher says, "Everyone stick together.
Cy: Dim crwydro i ffwrdd."
En: No wandering off."
Cy: Carys sydd â llygaid craff a dwys am ddringo, yn wincio at Rhys.
En: Carys, with sharp eyes and a determined spirit for climbing, winks at Rhys.
Cy: "Gem newydd, Rhys?" gofynnodd hi'n heriol.
En: "A new game, Rhys?" she asked challengingly.
Cy: Er ei bod yn gadarn am reolau, mae hi hefyd yn gwrthod cynnig Rhys i ymuno ag antur gudd.
En: Although firm about rules, she also declines Rhys's offer to join in a secret adventure.
Cy: Yn y cyfamser, mae Elin yn syllu ar y creigiau ac yn ei hoffi.
En: Meanwhile, Elin stares at the rocks and admires them.
Cy: Mae hi'n ddistaw ond yn edrych gyda chwilfrydedd ar gangen a charreg.
En: She is quiet but observes a branch and a stone with curiosity.
Cy: Mae hi'n edmygu duwiau natur ei hun.
En: She admires nature's own artistry.
Cy: Wrth ganiatáu eu awydd am ddarganfod, mae'r tri'n penderfynu dilyn llwybr ychydig allan o'r coed.
En: Allowing their desire for discovery, the three decide to follow a path slightly out of the woods.
Cy: Mae yna lwybr trugarog, fydd yn ein harwain yn agosach at yr hen goed.
En: There’s a merciful path that will lead them closer to the ancient trees.
Cy: "Shhh," sibryda Rhys, "Gwrandewch!"
En: "Shhh," whispers Rhys, "Listen!"
Cy: Ac yna gwêll bawb beth mae Rhys wedi breuddwydio am... sein lleisiau’r barcud coch.
En: And then everyone hears what Rhys has dreamed of... the sound of the red kite’s calls.
Cy: Mae'r aderyn yn hofran yn isel dros drygfl dail heulog.
En: The bird hovers low over the sunlit carpet of leaves.
Cy: Mae Rhys yn cipio côb â mwythus gyda'i gerdyn pensil.
En: Rhys captures a delicate sketch with his pencil card.
Cy: Mae ei galon yn rasio drwy bob smotyn a siâp a llinell yn ei mind.
En: His heart races through every spot, shape, and line in his mind.
Cy: Ond mae yna rywbeth arall yn y cefndir... llais y tiwtor yn galw, "Ble ydych chi?"
En: But there’s something else in the background... the voice of the tutor calling, "Where are you?"
Cy: Gwella
En: They improve
Cy: Mae amser yn rhedeg allan, ond er i’w frynt, maen nhw'n cyrraedd yn ôl ar amser.
En: Time is running out, but to their relief, they make it back on time.
Cy: Pan fydd y tiwtor yn eu gweld, mae'n arferol digalw, ond wrth weld y braslun a'r balchder yn wyneb Rhys, mae'n rhoi gwên ginefig.
En: When the tutor sees them, he’s typically unamused, but when he sees the sketch and the pride on Rhys’s face, he offers a sly smile.
Cy: "Pam nad felly un a oedd wrth ochr yr aderyn?" Mae'r athro yn gofyn mewn sgil drwbdwyd.
En: "Why wasn’t that one by the bird?" The teacher asks teasingly.
Cy: "Rhys, na ddarluniet ti..."
En: "Rhys, didn’t you sketch..."
Cy: Rhys yn edrych o'r dde i'r chwith, ac yna'n bwrw na.
En: Rhys looks side to side and then nods.
Cy: Mae'n gwybod bod rhaid iddo gadw'r gydbwysedd rhwng rheolau a'i alwad.
En: He knows he must balance the rules with his calling.
Cy: Pan mae'r diwrnod yn gorffen, mae Rhys yn dal y braslun yn dynn,
En: When the day ends, Rhys holds the sketch tightly.
Cy: mae'n gwybod fod mwy i’w ddarganfod sut mae’n canfod cydbwysedd rhwng dymuniad a disgyblaeth, ond yn fwy oll, ddim i anghofio bod yn rhydd fel yr aderyn prin.
En: He knows there’s more to discover about finding balance between desire and discipline, but above all, not to forget to be free like the rare bird.
